86 new business registrations forms and templates are available for use

This is the highlight of the Circular No. 02/2019/TT-BKHDT amending and supplementing certain articles of the Circular No. 20/2015/TT-BKHDT dated December 1, 2015.

Specifically, this Circular provides 86 forms and templates designed for use to apply for registration of enterprises or business households, including:

- 5 application forms for enterprise registration and 5 attached sample lists such as List of shareholders, partnership members and representatives;

- 25 sample notifications and other documents issued by enterprises of their own accord;

- 6 forms and templates specially designed for business households;

- 45 sample documents required to be prepared for submission to business registration authorities;

In addition, this Circular provides certain appendices intended for business registration, including:

- List of alphabets and symbols used for naming of enterprises/affiliates of enterprises/business locations/business households;

- Codes of provinces or districts used in registration of business households;

- Letter fonts, sizes and types used in paper forms.

Forms and templates stated above must be consistently used nationwide and will replace forms and templates annexed to Circular No.20.

The Circular No. 02/2019/TT-BKHDT will take effect on March 11, 2019.
